Title: It’s a Slow Fade

Description: Well the name for this one is actually inspired by a great song by Casting Crowns. Back in the day Casting Crowns was the biggest contemporary Christian band in the US, but it seems like they have gone behind the scenes now that they aren’t coming out with as much music, but anyway, this song is about the “Slow Fade” of the human condition. It says that people never crumble in a day, and it’s the second glances toward sin and the bad thoughts that invade our mind that slowly turn us down a path that we don’t want to go. Alright if you have made it this far then I will tell you why this picture is named “Slow Fade.” See, this plant is growing outside of my dorm, and this is what it looks like now that it is winter. It is slowly dying, and the original color is slowly fading, but it’s taking a long time. Eventually though, this plant will die… But it will be renewed during the Spring!
