Description: alright so I tried something new with my color selection app on my iPad. First of all, this was a sweet picture that I took with my fiancée while it was fall. The original version of this tree is bright orange and looks really nice (don’t worry, someday I will post that one too) but I thought it looked really cool to just show the blue background and leave the foreground grey. Lt me know what you think about this idea and color selection 🙂 I would love to hear some honest input!
Description: Alright, so a week ago Gabrielle and I and a few other friends decided to go to a Christian concert called Winterjam. This concert is really cool! There were a lot of bands that played that I love, but the culmination of it all was Toby Mac playing at the end. Oh man do I love his music… Anyway, I decided to bring my camera to this concert and take a bunch of pictures. Sadly, since the light was so darn horrible I didn’t get any good pictures of the bands, BUT! I did get these two sweeeeet pictures of the disco ball they had in the center of the arena! It looked so amazing… Let me know what you think of it and if you have ever seen something so awesome at a concert!
Description: This picture is a pretty cool one! It was taken a while back when it was still warm outside (wait never mind…Here in Indiana it got up in the 60’s today… so it’s still warm) Silly weather… Anyway, this little lily pad was in a little zen garden near Grace College. The reason for the name is because I sorely wanted this Lily to just pop through so I could get a picture of its brilliance, but I never had the chance… Sad day! Anyway, I still love this picture, and I hope you will too! 🙂
Description: Alright, so some of you might remember my post a bunch of weeks ago in December I took a leap of faith and posted a picture of a drawing I did. It went really well I think, it seemed like people enjoyed my drawing. So! With that being said I decided to try it again (actually here is what happened. My professor did not like my other drawing because the project was to use line to show texture in a hand, but used dots and apparently that’s not line!) Anyway, here is my new drawing! Tell me what you think! I would really love to know!
Description: So there’s a few meanings behind this photograph, but before I get to the meaning behind this photograph I would like you to take a look at the bottom of the photograph. You may not have noticed right away, but that stuff at the bottom is actually broken up ice that was all pushed to the shore by the waves. It looked really cool! If you want to check on what that does to the shore stay tuned for my post tomorrow and I’ll show you. 🙂 as for the meaning behind the name. First it has a meaning for me… I have finally come to realize that it is winter since this last week we finally got down to -2 with windchill…. And the second meaning to this photograph is that the birds in this picture have finally come to the realization as well! Since Winona Lake is freezing over now, the geese are out looking for a new place to find water! I bet some are (finally) heading south! Anyway, I hope you like this photo! Let me know what you think! 🙂
Description: Well, it took me about .002 seconds to figure out what I was going to post for this weekly photo challenge. This is my wonderfully beautiful fiancee! I love her more than anything and everything in the world except for God. She and I are just two peas in a pod! She’s the peanut-butter to my jelly, the yin to my yang, the blood in my veins! I love her SOO much and thank God for her all the time. ❤ I don’t know what I would do if I didn’t see her beautiful self everyday… Alright, alright I better calm down before I go too far. I think you guys get the point that this girl means the world to me. End of story ❤ (Actually, in 4 months Gabrielle and I will begin our story!) Thanks for checking out this post!
Description: Don’t you just love this picture??? Well I do… Mostly because the actual picture was taken by my beautiful fiancée Gabrielle!! She took this while we were both out on a photo shoot, she was using my iPad to capture whatever her heart pleased and I was taking pictures with my professors camera. Lo and behold I love her picture more than mine! The person in the picture is me, and I love how silhouetted I am against the amazing sunset! I also love the edit I did to the colors, if you would like to see what the original looked like just let me know and maybe I can post that tomorrow. 🙂 anyway, thanks for reading and I hope you like this picture by my fiancée! 🙂
